Gala village, which is steeped in educational and cultural heritage, is located about 5 kilometers north of the district town in Sadar Upazila of Tangail district. Directly west of the Gala cemetery, located next to the Gala Kuichbari Road in this village, is the residence of the late Nausher Ali, a retired magistrate. In front of him, the construction of a mosque named “Baitul Aman Jame Masjid Complex” has started from 2021 on the land of Gala Mouza No. 100, which is endowed by the charitable organization “Nowsher-Asia Foundation” established by the youngest son of Tadiya, Md. Nooruzzahid Kochi, with the joint initiative and financial support of the Magistrate’s family members and the local Muslim community. Alhamdulillah.
Undoubtedly, those who have faith in Allah and the Last Day and have established prayer and paid zakat will build the mosque of Allah; they fear none but Allah. Therefore, it is hoped that they will be among the guided. Surah At-Tawbah – Verse 18.
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.” Sahih Muslim Hadith – Number 1073
A beacon of spiritual, humanitarian and social activities, this mosque complex is dedicated to the character formation of devout Muslims, religious education, socio-economic development and humanitarian programs.
This mosque is going to be a wonderful combination of modern and traditional architecture, including the architectural styles of the Abbasid and Fatimid reigns. This mosque has a tall minaret, a symbol of knowledge and spirituality, and a peaceful and cool environment is being created by using natural water and light. Which is soon going to emerge as a new form of amazing architectural art with geometric designs, Arabic calligraphy and modern artworks, rich technology, eco-friendly concepts and creative architecture.
